By 2016, one in every three Australians will be part of the 50+ market, and yet they are still invisible to the greater marketing population. So, what are the facts about this growing population that we need to understand?
At Bevans we have been working closely with local architects Edmiston Jones to better understand the requirements of an ageing population. Obviously, these are not limited to architecture and include social spaces and property that has features suitable for consumer directed care. It is an emerging issue and one which our agents are keen to gain knowledge to better serve our ageing database.
